Today, he empowers executive leaders in both the marketplace and in ministry, to elevate their leadership, team, and organizational health.
Shawn is an engaged public speaker and travels the country teaching and preaching. He is the author of several books, including Measuring Success, Be Mean About the Vision, and Building a Killer Team. Shawn also hosts the Courage To Lead podcast.
Shawn has been married for over 31 years to his best friend, Tricia, and they cherish their family time with three children and two grandchildren.
